Biography
In 1413 Alday occupied a house in Weymouth next to one belonging to Thomas Cole I*. It was in the following year that, as an executor of the will of another local man, Henry Palmer, he conveyed property in ‘le Franchise Street’ to John Penne* of Portland.2
