Biography
Descended from the Urquharts of Cromarty, Urquhart was returned for Inverness Burghs in 1737 by his uncle, Duncan Forbes. He voted with the Administration on the Spanish convention in 1739 and the place bill in 1740, did not stand in 1741, and died 11 Jan. 1742.
