Biography
In 1780 Boscawen was an unsuccessful candidate at Truro. Returned after a contest in 1784, he voted against the Duke of Richmond’s fortifications plan, 27 Feb. 1786, but with Administration over the Regency, 1789. His name appears in no other division list in this Parliament, and there is no record of his having spoken in the House.
He died 13 June 1828.
