‘Unanimously approved’ at a meeting of the county held while he was abroad,1 Harvey was returned unopposed. His one recorded vote was with Administration on the motion on sending Keppel to sea, 3 Mar. 1779. There is no record of his having spoken in the House. He died 24 Apr. 1779.
